I had a COMFORTABLE stay, with location to back garden. I enjoyed the staff, they are really helpful and amicable people. Rooms were extremely spacious and cool provided with a lovely king sized bed, bedroom, absolutely spotless.

Refurbished apartment, has excellent setting near to city centre, train station and transport services, all tourist attractions, and the Railway station. It has exceptionally comfortable bed and an amazing bathroom. Staff is very friendly and amiable, great job everyone.

had an amazing time at a modern apartment in Cardiff. Spotlessly clean, high-end appliances, and toiletries provided. Spacious living area with a large TV. Pictures didn't do it justice. Will definitely look out for this company again.

The apartment was well-presented and clean, with little welcoming touches such as bottles of water and Prosecco. the kitchen was well equipped for reheating meals, with a fridge and microwave. the location was very good, with easy access to the city sights, bars, and public transportation. the communication with staff was super helpful.

The outside keypad was awkward to use, especially at night. Parking was a problem as the advertised pay and display car park didn't exist anymore.

The studio suite I had was absolutely spotless and had a lovely king-sized bed, with great views of the back garden.

Our stay at 51 Fitzhamon Apartments was fantastic. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and attractions. The apartment itself was well-presented and immaculate, making us feel comfortable and at home. We appreciated the little touches like the bottles of water and Prosecco that were waiting for us. The kitchen was well equipped, allowing us to easily prepare our meals. The bathroom and shower were modern and clean. The guest relations coordinator, Saskia, was incredibly helpful and made sure any issues we had were resolved seamlessly. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this apartment.

Although there were a few minor issues, such as the awkward outside keypad and the non-existent pay and display car park, these did not significantly impact our overall enjoyment of our stay.
